LLC Offering Schooling Options For Unemployed Part-Timers

(Mattoon, IL) -- Lake Land College wants to make sure that everyone is moving forward, even if your career is stagnant or nonexistent. Folks who are unemployed or underemployed can apply for the schools Work and Learn program where the college waives tuition in exchange for some light labor. Participants will work ten hours a week on campus in exchange for the tuition waiver, grasping some key skills that will help with the transition back into the workforce, all while earning a degree or certificate. Talk to counselors at the Luther Student Center on campus for details.
