(Carbondale, IL) — Faculty members at the Carbondale campus of Southern Illinois University have lost their faith in university president Randy Dunn. A vote of no confidence in Dunn passed overwhelmingly, 25-to-1. Faculty Senate president Jonathan Bean says they’re calling on the board of trustees to fire the system’s president, and they want the situation addressed before the next board meeting in September.
