(Chicago, IL) — There’s plenty of support in and around Chicago for legal marijuana. Voters in Cook County on Tuesday approved a non-binding ballot question about legal pot. Supporters say the idea is to show Illinois lawmakers just how much support there is for a state law to legalize marijuana. Some lawmakers in Springfield want to add a similar question to the statewide ballot this fall.
