A reward has been offered for information leading to the identification of one of more than a half-dozen people involved in a shooting in Decatur on Monday. Police say Monday night, a man was driving near the intersection of Monroe St. and Center St. when he heard a loud noise, and thought he hit something. When he pulled over, he told police as many as ten black males between 17-21 years old swarmed the car and shots were fired. The group then ran from the scene.
