(Wheaton, IL) — The five Wheaton College football players charged with hazing won’t play or practice for the foreseeable future. The school yesterday suspended the players as DuPage County prosecutors are pushing ahead with felony charges against the five for a hazing incident last March. The hazed player, a freshman, was injured and eventually left the school. Wheaton officials say the case is “unacceptable” but they aren’t saying much else.
