>>Ravens Keep Browns Winless

(Baltimore, MD)  —  The Ravens scored 25 unanswered points en route to a 28-7 win over the Browns in Baltimore.  The Ravens are alone atop the AFC North at 5-and-4.  The Browns are the only winless team in the NFL at 0-and-10.

>>Duke Upsets UNC

(Durham, NC)  —  Duke upset bitter rival and 17th-ranked North Carolina 28-27 last night in Durham.  The Blue Devils scored the go-ahead touchdown with just over two minutes left in the fourth quarter.  The Tar Heels fell to 7-and-3.

>>Bulls Get By Heat

(Miami, FL)  —  Dwyane Wade was victorious in his return to Miami as the Bulls beat the Heat, 98-95.  Wade had 13 points in his first game in Miami since leaving during the offseason.  Jimmy Butler netted 20 as Chicago improved to 5-and-4.  Miami is just 2-and-5.

>>Warriors Slam Nuggets

(Denver, CO)  —  Steph Curry scored 33 points as the Warriors slammed the Nuggets 125-101 in Denver.  Klay Thompson netted 19 for Golden State, which improved to 7-and-2.  Kevin Durant added 18 points, nine rebounds and five assists in the win.

>>Cardinals Considering Moving Rosenthal To Rotation

(Scottsdale, AZ)  —  The Cardinals are considering moving former All-Star closer Trevor Rosenthal into the rotation.  The “Post-Dispatch” reports the team has informed him he’ll be stretched out during spring training and be given a chance to start.  Rosenthal lost his closer role in June to Seung Hwan Oh.

>>College Basketball Season Tips Off Tonight

(Undated)  —  The college basketball season tips off tonight.  Illinois is in action tonight as the Fighting Illini host Southeast Missouri State.  Top-ranked Duke opens the year at home against Marist.  Defending national champion Villanova is also home to face Lafayette.  All of the teams in the top 25 Coaches’ Poll are in action today.

>>Bears Battle Bucs Sunday In Tampa

(Tampa, FL)  —  The Bears head south this weekend to battle the Buccaneers.  The Bears are coming out of their bye week and are seeking consecutive wins for the first time this season.  Chicago knocked off Minnesota 20-10 at home in Week Eight but still sits in last place in the NFC North at 2-and-6.

(Undated)  —  It’s another busy Saturday in college football.  Illinois hits the road to face seventh-ranked Wisconsin.  Northwestern is also away to square off with Purdue.  Notre Dame will clash with Army at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

(Goodyear, AZ)  —  The Chase for the Sprint Cup playoffs heads to Phoenix International Raceway for the Can-Am 500 on Sunday.  It’s the final race in the three-race Round of Eight.  Jimmie Johnson and Carl Edwards have already clinched spots in the Championship 4.
