(Indianapolis, IN) — Andrew Luck’s 63-yard touchdown pass to T.Y. Hilton with 1:17 to go gave the Colts a 26-22 win over the Chargers. Luck threw for 331 yards, the touchdown, an interception and lost a fumble in Indianapolis’ first win of the season. Hilton made eight grabs for 174 yards. Frank Gore rumbled for 82 yards and a touchdown.

(Arlington, TX) — The Bears were no match for the Cowboys in a 31-17 loss on “Sunday Night Football”. Brian Hoyer started in place of the injury Jay Cutler and threw for 317 yards and two touchdowns. Zach Miller had both TD grabs for the Bears, who dropped to 0-and-3. Chicago hosts the Lions on Sunday.

(Cincinnati, OH) — The Broncos are 3-and-0 after storming by the Bengals, 29-17. Trevor Siemian threw for 312 yards and four touchdowns for the defending Super Bowl champs. Siemian became the first quarterback in NFL history threw throw for 300 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions in his first career road start.

(Loudon, NH) — Kevin Harvick took the checkered flag at the Bad Boy Off Road 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Harvick secured a spot in the Chase for the Sprint Cup Round of 12 with the victory. Matt Kenseth, Kyle Busch, Brad Keselowski and Kurt Busch rounded out the top five.
The Millikin University football team opened play in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin with a 42-7 loss at seventh ranked North Central College on September 24 in Naperville, Illinois. North Central had 409 total yards of offense, and 6 sacks in the win. Millikin hosts North Park for the Homecoming Game this Saturday at Frank M Lindsey field.
