The Maroa-Forsyth volleyball team is starting to play consistent, good volleyball as the Trojans earned their second straight victory on Monday night at Monticello in straight sets, 25-22, 25-15. The Trojans got out to a good start in the first set but had to battle for the win and then came out and shutdown Monticello en route to the non-conference win. Savana Sparks continues her offensive dominance, as she earned 13 kills on the night and Carly Mason added 17 assists. Zanna Myers and Rachel Lockmiller each tallied four kills a piece for Monticello and Marissa McPike added 15 assists. The Trojans are now 6-4 on the year and return to action against PORTA at home on Thursday night.
