The Eisenhower volleyball squad rebounded from loss earlier in the week to Lincoln by picking up a win on Thursday night over Decatur Christian, 25-10 and 25-19. The Panthers cruised to an early first set win and then battled it out in the second set to move their record to 2-4 on the year. Lauryn Bond led the way for Eisenhower with 10 kills and four digs and Sabrina Thomas recorded 14 assists. Decatur Christian was led by Morgan Wendt’s four kills and Lauren Artime added four assists. Eisenhower will return to the court on Tuesday at home against Jacksonville. Decatur Christian drops to 0-2 on the year and will play again on Tuesday against LSA.
