A judge is refusing to toss out evidence in a case of a Springfield couple charged with having sex in front of their kids. Judge William Hadley ruled yesterday that Springfield police were justified in entering the home of Adis Negron and Elias Alicea after a neighbor called 9-1-1 in June of 2015. Attorneys for the couple claimed their Fourth Amendment rights were violated because police didn’t get a warrant. Negron and Alicea are due back in court on September 23rd.
