The Chicago Bears will enjoy their bye this weekend. Chicago will be back in action a week from Sunday against the Vikings at Soldier Field. The Bears enter their bye 2-and-4 on the season.
The 3-and-3 Indianapolis Colts host the New Orleans Saints on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Colts are coming off a 34-27 loss to the Patriots at home in Week Six. The Saints gave Atlanta its first loss last week.
The St Louis Rams are back home this Sunday hosting the Cleveland Browns. St. Louis is coming off its bye week after a Week Five loss at Green Bay. The University of Illinois is at home Saturday taking on Wisconsin. The Fighting Illini are coming off a 29-20 loss at 18th-ranked Iowa this past Saturday. Illinois is 4-and-2 overall and 1-and-1 in the Big Ten. The Badgers beat Purdue last weekend to improve to 5-and-2 and 2-and-1.
The Chase for the Sprint Cup heads to Talladega for the CampingWorld.com 500 on Sunday. The 188-lap, 500-mile race is the last in the second round of NASCAR’s playoffs. Joey Logano enters the race with a 13-point lead on Denny Hamlin in the standings. Sunday’s race is at 1:30pm, and you can hear it live on 98.1 Griz FM.
